Thermo-Auricular Therapy (Hopi Ear Candles) is an ancient and natural therapy handed down through many civilisations. It is believed that the Ancient Greeks used ear candles, initially probably for cleansing, purifying and healing on a spiritual basis, but much later at a more purely physical level.

Hopi ear candles reached the rest of the world through the practices of the  the native American Hopi Indian Tribe of North Arizona (Hopi Tribe meaning peaceful people).

Hopi ear candles were traditionally used by Shamen healers. This ancient wall painting shows their importance in initiation rituals and healing ceremonies of the Indians.
